Alberta Premier Rachel Notley says she doesn't believe the political alliance in B-C between the anti-pipeline Greens and New Democrats will make any difference to work on the Trans Mountain pipeline. The project has been clouded in doubt since both parties announced yesterday they have come to an agreement that could see the formation of a minority N-D-P government.
