AARON Mooy could be leaving City for good after Huddersfield Town manager David Wagner announced he was interested in keeping the midfielder at the club.

Mooy has enjoyed a brilliant season on loan with the Terriers who were promoted to the Premier League after winning a penalty shoot-out against Reading in Monday's play-off final.

The 26-year-old has been integral to their promotion, having been directly involved in 13 goals for Huddersfield this season and has won a host of awards for his impressive first season at the John Smith's Stadium.

And while Mooy remained coy over his City future Wagner has confirmed he wants to keep him next season.

Speaking after play-off success Wagner said: "Of course I would like to have Aaron Mooy, I would like to have all of my players with me next season, what is possible we will see. …
