Authorities in the United States say a woman who may have been trying to reach Manitoba on foot was found dead in a remote part of northwestern Minnesota. The Salvation Army has been helping to support asylum seekers and Mayor Rob Kerr says they've been worried that people would get hurt or die in attempting the trek. ("..so cold out.")
