WINNIPEG. x-09s. Manitoba labour leaders are launching a court challenge against a proposed law that would impose a two-year wage freeze on public-sector workers. The bill is up for a final vote in the legislature today. Kevin Rebeck (REE'-beck), head of the Manitoba Federation of Labour, says imposing a freeze is wrong.
