Graciano is a dark-skinned grape that can add deep color, aroma, spice and acidity to wines. While it's grown in several parts of the world, graciano is mostly found In Spain, where it's usually blended with tempranillo or garnacha (grenache). Graciano is rarely bottled as a single varietal wine, so it was quite a surprise to find a 100 percent graciano rosado (ros). It's compared below with a rosado made from garnacha.
