WINNIPEG. x-13s. A Manitoba politician who was kicked out of the provincial government caucus is heading to court. Steven Fletcher was dumped by the Tories last Friday after criticizing a proposed new Crown agency to promote energy efficiency. Fletcher says he is challenging a 2006 Manitoba law that forbids provincial politicians from crossing the floor and joining another caucus.
