A CANADIAN coffee giant has revealed plans to open branches across Greater Manchester as part of a huge UK roll-out.

Fans of Tim Hortons will be able to taste the brand's signature 'double double' coffee and maple dip doughnuts when it opens in a Greater Manchester location soon.

"We are currently expanding across Greater Manchester," Tim Hortons writes in a job advert to recruit a restaurant supervisor for the new store.

"Tim Hortons is part of the fabric of Canada with over 4000 restaurants and serving over 2 billion cups of freshly brewed coffee and we have finally arrived in the UK with exciting plans to open hundreds of restaurants over the next 10 years." Representatives of the coffee chain are still keeping the exact locations of the new Greater Manchester branches under wraps, but job adverts indicate that Salford will be the site of the first store. …
