RICHMOND, B.C. x-12s. The Transportation Safety Board has released a report saying an ambulance driver's use of a cellphone contributed to the vehicle being hit by a train, killing a patient in Langley, B-C. Investigator-in-charge Peter Hickli says the complex design of a Canadian National railway crossing that was confusing for motorists also caused the September 2015 crash. A B-C Emergency Health Services official says the driver's use of a hands-free cellphone wasn't acceptable, and Hickli agrees.
