The menu at Hard Rock Cafe Pittsburgh is taking on a yinzer accent.

As part of its Test Kitchen Program, the national chain is adding Pittsburgh Steak Salad, Pittsburgh Local Legendary Burger and Pittsburgh Pierogies and Kielbasa to its list of salads, burgers and entrees by partnering with vendors in the Steel City for the first time.

For the steak salad ($14.95), greens are tossed with grilled skirt steak, tomatoes, red onion, smoked bacon and Southwest ranch dressing, and crowned with seasoned french fries, the Pittsburgh way.

Isaly's chipped ham is layered on an Angus beef patty in the Legendary Burger ($14.95), along with beer cheese sauce, chipotle barbecue sauce, tomato and arugula. Buttered brioche buns from Breadworks is not only used in the namesake burger but also for the other burger options such as Cauliflower Burger and Guinness and Jameson Bacon Burger. …
