REGINA. x-15s. A portion of Saskatchewan Government Insurance may be up for sale. The Crown company released its annual report yesterday, with president and C-E-O Andrew Cartmell saying the corporation has had conversations with 16 different companies. Joe Hargrave, the minister responsible for S-G-I, says a new reality is setting into the insurance industry.
