* #VisionQuest: It seemed the rain on Saturday afternoon helped to boost the turnout for Summer Break 20/20, the opening party for the exhibit "20/20," presented by The Studio Museum in Harlem and the Carnegie Museum of Art. The show is a collaboration between curator Amanda Hunt of the Studio Museum in Harlem and CMOA's Eric Crosby and is a "metaphoric" map of how artists represent the times they are living in, particularly the political and social aspects.

"We couldn't be happier - by the end of the day at least 2,500 people will have come through," said CMOA's Jonathan Gaugler. "We wanted the party to be outside, but we moved everything into the Hall of Sculpture." The festivities were open to all museum goers and were family friendly with hula hoops, music, food trucks and a station of latex noses from artist Edith Abeyta that could be painted or decorated by anyone. …
