NAT064 - (Trudeau-Pallister-Meet) WINNIPEG, Man. x-23s. The prime minister says he and Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister discussed the damaged rail line to Churchill, Maintoba in a meeting this morning. The tracks are the only way into the northern community by land, but flood damage took them out of commission in May.
