A CLUTCH of new apartments and townhouses, just a few minutes walk from the city centre, have gone on the market.

The sustainable two and threebedroom properties, complete with roof terraces, on Leaf Street in Hulme, are currently being marketed.

The first apartments will be available to move into from next month.

Developers One Living say Hulme has been tipped as Manchester's next up-and-coming area due to its proximity to the city centre, 'host of independent restaurants and iconic views of Manchester'.

The 105 new homes have been built with energy saving additions and all rent will be invested into other One Manchester projects. Dave Power, group chief executive at One Manchester, says the group aims to support communities and create safe, happy and prosperous places to live. …
