VANCOUVER. x-08s. Lawyers for a former C-F-L star receiver are asking the Supreme Court of Canada to hear a lawsuit over concussions in the sport. Arland Bruce's lawsuit has been dismissed by two lower courts because they ruled he should seek compensation through workplace arbitration, not through the court. But his lawyer Robyn Wishart says the C-F-L's collective agreement is unusual because injured players are not entitled to workers' compensation.
