CITY have upset an entire football league with their spending.

As the impact from the recentlyclosed transfer window rumbles on, La Liga president Javier Tebas has written to Uefa to see if the Blues have broken financial fair play rules.

It was claimed that the funding of City and French heavyweights PSG 'by state aid distorts European competitions and creates an inflationary spiral that is irreparably harming the football industry'.

However, Uefa quickly stated that the Blues are NOT under any FFP investigation - unlike PSG, who smashed the world record to bring in Neymar from Barcelona for £200m, and signed Kylian Mbappe on a deadline day loan.

City bosses are not worried in the slightest that they will face any sanctions for their efforts this summer. …
