THE mother of teenage cyclist Oliwia Franchesca Wojciechowka, who died following a crash with a lorry, said her life 'will never be the same without her.' .

The 18-year-old, who lived in Lower Broughton, Salford, was rushed to hospital after the smash on Eccles Old Road on Friday afternoon, but tragically died from her injuries.

In a touching tribute, her mum and brother said they would like to thank the community for their support following the tragedy.

They said: "We cannot believe what has happened and we cannot sleep. She is our love and had a very big heart.

"Our lives will never be the same without her. The loss is so big."

The Albion Academy pupil was originally from Poland, and had a part time job working at Smiths Restaurant in Eccles.

She was saving up to go to a relative's wedding in Lukowa in Poland in October, her family said. …
