1 cup old-fashioned oats

cup whole wheat flour

1 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter, melted

cup finely grated carrots (2 medium)
