This week's crop of gigs and shows includes dancehall legend Sean Paul, chart-topping Irish pop-rockers The Script and a screening of Disney's Beauty And The Beast accompanied by a full orchestra.

The Script - February 3, 2018, at Manchester Arena After topping the charts with new album Freedom Child, Irish threepiece The Script are heading back out on the road for an arena tour calling in Manchester next year.

Fronted by one-time The Voice judge Danny O'Donaghue, the band's latest success marks their fourth consecutive number one album, with sales of more than 29 million records worldwide.

They'll play 13 arena shows around the UK and Ireland next year including two in their hometown at Dublin's 3Arena and a date at Manchester Arena.

Tickets go on sale today at 9.30am from gigst.rs/TheScript Sean Paul - November 7, 2017, at Victoria Warehouse Dancehall legend and Grammy Award winner Sean Paul claimed the noughties comeback crown from Craig David this year and he's capping it off with a huge show at Manchester's Victoria Warehouse.

The Jamaican artist exploded into the UK charts with 2002 breakthrough Dutty Rock, fuelled by hit singles Gimme The Light and Get Busy and landed collaborations with the likes of Beyonce and Blu Cantrell.

More recently, he spent nine weeks at no.1 in the UK charts on Clean Bandit's Rockabye before dropping his new single Body, featuring Atlanta trio Migos.

Tickets go on sale today at 10am from gigst.rs/SeanP Beauty And The Beast - March 23, Bridgewater Hall The hit live action adaptation of Disney's classic film Beauty And The Beast is coming to Manchester - backed with a live orchestra Starring Emma Watson as Belle and Dan Stevens as the Beast, the film features the unforgettable score from eight-time Oscar-winning composer Alan Menken along with new recordings of the original songs including Be Our Guest and Something There.

It will be brought to life by musicians at the Bridgewater Hall on March 23 as part of a national tour.
