EDMONTON. x-08s. Former Guantanamo Bay prisoner Omar Khadr has been denied unsupervised visits with his sister Zaynab (ZAY'-nabb) while he appeals his conviction by a U-S military commission for five purported war crimes. Zaynab has spoken in favour of the terrorist group al-Qaida, and a judge has ruled that Khadr hasn't provided evidence that his sister has changed her views. Khadr's lawyer, Nathan Whitling, was asked if he'll go get that evidence.
