Kirk Cousins threw for 365 yards and three touchdowns, Chris Thompson had 188 all-purpose yards and a score and the Redskins beat the Raiders 27-10. Oakland's quarterback Derek Carr was sacked four times and Washington held the Raiders to 128 yards of offence. Eli Manning threw three touchdown passes in the fourth quarter, including a 77-yard score to Sterling Shepard, but Philadelphia rallied twice. The loss drops the Giants to 0-3 on the season. Tom Brady connected with Brandin Cooks for a 25-yard touchdown pass with 23 seconds left as the New England Patriots rallied to beat the Houston Texans 36-33. It was Brady's fifth T-D throw of the game. Brady finished 25 of 35 for 378 yards as New England won its seventh of eight overall against Houston.
