SASKATOON. x-12s. A man accused of committing a homicide during a robbery in Saskatoon has been found not guilty of manslaughter. Jurors returned to court yesterday after three days of deliberations in the case of Keith Napope (nah-POPE'), who was accused of stabbing Johnathon Keenatch-Lafond. The panel did find Napope guilty of robbery in what the Crown called a holdup gone wrong when a group of masked men entered the victim's apartment in November 2014. Speaking outside court, Crown prosecutor Bryce Pashovitz says there was a strong argument for the robbery conviction.
