NAT134 - (Overdose-Crisis-Horgan) VANCOUVER. x-12s. B-C is spending more money to try to stem the opioid overdose crisis. Premier John Horgan told delegates at the Union of B-C Municipalities convention that the province will spend 322 million dollars over the next three years on increasing rapid access to treatment, free naloxone kits and supporting front-line workers.
