CITY starlet Phil Foden has been described as looking 'more South American' than his opponents after helping England U17s beat Chile.

The praise came from former England star and manager, Glenn Hoddle, who took to Twitter to laud the England boys - and Stockport lad Foden in particular. The 17-year-old Blues ace was part of a spectacular start to their World Cup campaign by the Lion cubs, as they won their opening group game 4-0. And he capped a sparkling display in Kolkata with a silky back-heel that opened up the opposition defence, leading to the third goal, scored by former City team-mate Jadon Sancho - who scored twice in the game.
