REGINA. x-13s. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has said those who criticize his government on its energy policies are "stoking national divisions." But Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall says Trudeau is attempting to deflect attention away from the cancellation of the Energy East pipeline. Wall says Western Canadians shouldn't back down from using strong language when defending the energy sector.
