BC08 - (Assisted-Dying)

VANCOUVER. x-21s. A civil liberties group says a decision from the B-C Supreme Court on their assisted dying court challenge is just a "blip in the road." The court ruled the federal government can make the same arguments that made in the 2015 in a ruling that overturned Canada's ban on medical assistance in dying. But Caily DiPuma of the B-C Civil Liberties Association says the courts ruled against the Canadian government two years ago and she is confident it will do so again.
