WINNIPEG. x-11s. There was more emotional testimony today at the national inquiry into missing and murdered Indigenous women. The inquiry heard from the family of Roberta McIvor, who was decapitated on the Sandy Bay First Nation in Manitoba in 2011. McIvor's daughter, Justine, says she misses her mother.
