QWE HAVE a north-facing living room with an 8ft patio door and a three-panel window which is always cold. We get damp and mould in summer and winter.

Heating takes the walls and fabric above the 'dew level' which stops condensation.

Ventilation allows the moist air out and retains the heat.

Ensure the walls are insulated and the windows are of a high thermal quality.

Have radiators under the windows and fit a quality vent like The Condensation Shop's Passyfier Dehumidifier Vent.
