CALGARY. x-15s. Alberta Premier Rachel Notley says Quebec's Bill 62, which bans people from providing or receiving public services with their faces covered, is a sad day for Canada. The religious neutrality bill will oblige citizens to uncover their faces while giving and receiving state services even while riding the bus and triggered criticism the law targets Muslim women. Notley says it smacks of Islamaphobia and is likely heading for a Charter challenge.
