NAT096 - (Alta-UCP-Leadership) CALGARY. x-19s. Former federal cabinet minister Jason Kenney has won the leadership of Alberta's United Conservative Party. Kenney took 61.1 per cent of the vote that was announced Saturday in Calgary. Kenney called the united party a "miracle on the Prairies" during his victory speech, saying it sends a message.
