WINNIPEG. x-15s. Changes could be coming to Manitoba's organ-donor registry. The Progressive Conservative government has rejected a proposal for a so-called presumed consent system, where everyone would be considered a donor unless they register their desire not to be. Premier Brian Pallister says he is willing to look at ways to boost organ donation, though, and may work with other political parties to find solutions.
