BURY caretaker boss Ryan Lowe has his first game in the hotseat this weekend when his side head to Woking in the first round of the FA Cup.

Lowe was placed in temporary charge this week following the sacking of Lee Clark, and he admits it's been an emotional few days.

"When I was told I was getting the caretaker role, I was humbled and close to tears in a proud way," he said.

"I'll relish this opportunity and take it with both hands. It's never nice when someone loses their job but time has to move on."

ROCHDALE will hope to avoid an FA Cup giant killing when they welcome National League side Bromley to the Crown Oil Arena.

Dale boss Keith Hill is hoping for a good run in the competition, after admitting he previously didn't view the cup as being a priority for the club. …
