The foreign affairs and natural resources ministers say today's U-S Department of Commerce decision on punitive duties against Canada's softwood lumber producers is unfair, unwarranted and deeply troubling. And while the duties are lower for most producers than first indicated by U-S officials, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says they are still unacceptable. ("..this country.")
