The Brazilian has started the last two games on the bench with City's all-time leading goal scorer getting the nod upfront on his own.

The duo started the season playing together but in recent games Pep Guardiola has decided to rotate them.

But he isn't letting it affect him and popped up with City's third against Arsenal when he was brought off the bench.

And despite not starting every game his aim and mindset remain the same.

He said: "I've always been a professional athlete above all. I always work hard and my head has always been in the right place.

"I know I've been doing a good job.
