REGINA. x-13s. A court appearance was scheduled today for a man accused of making threats against the Country Thunder music festival in Saskatchewan. Festival general manager Kim Blevins says they were made aware of the alleged threat through their own Facebook page. Blevins says they tried to find the post but couldn't locate it, and when they reported the matter to police, someone else had already alerted the R-C-M-P.
