BASTILLE have announced a UK tour for April 2018 - giving their back catalogue a classical reworking.

The 'ReOrchestrated' Tour will see the band giving their back catalogue a dramatic re-imagining, using different instrumentation and ideas.

We deconstructed our songs re-orchestrated Dan The tour calls into Manchester O2 Apollo on April 10, 2018.

"Earlier this year in April we did a gig for a charity at Union Chapel for Streets Of London," frontman Dan Smith told Zane Lowe on Beats1. "We basically completely deconstructed all of our songs, replayed them and re-orchestrated them all with brass, strings and a gospel choir.

"We started with Pompeii, which we always finish with. We did it a capella with a gospel choir, it was so amazing. There's a song on our last album called 'Two Evils' which is just guitar and vocals so we completely flipped it, and made it really dark and electronic. …
