A FUNERAL appeal set up by the uncle of the four children has raised £10,000 in days.

Matt Pearson said he wanted to make sure his nieces and nephew were given 'the best funeral they deserve', and that they would be buried together, side by side.

He said the family also wanted to get the children customised coffins that reflect their personalities.

The appeal set up on Wednesday by Matt, who is mum Michelle's younger brother, had raised £10,465 at the time of writing, with donations continuing to flood in.

He wrote on the appeal page: "I am Michelle's brother and uncle of the kids, I want to give these kids the best funeral they deserve with customised coffins for them.

"Lia loved Peppa Pig, she had all the toys and watched it non-stop everyday, it would be nice to get her this coffin. …
