NAT107 - (Seniors-Affordability) VICTORIA. x-23s. British Columbia's Seniors Advocate says rising housing costs are putting many in a dire situation. The advocate's report released today says 19 per cent of seniors rent their homes and the average cost for rentals has gone up 6.7 per cent last year.
