SALFORD CITY scored an injury-time equaliser as their match against local rivals STOCKPORT COUNTY finished 2-2 at Edgeley Park.

The Hatters went ahead as Jason Oswell got the opener just after the half-hour mark, but Jack Redshaw equalised for Salford a few minutes into the second half.

Stockport then thought they had won it when Bohan Dixon gave the hosts the lead on 82 minutes, but they were denied the win as Michael Nottingham got the equaliser for Salford right at the death to ensure both sides took a share of the spoils.

Salford have had their lead at the top of the National League North table reduced to two points following the draw, while Stockport are in ninth position.
