Larkin Page-Jacobs will become full-time managing editor at 90.5 WESA. She has been the local host of NPR's "All Things Considered" for the past eight years.

"Morning Edition" producer Christopher Ayers assumes hosting "All Things Considered." Kiley Koscinski, who joined WESA on Jan. 2 after serving as a producer for KDKA afternoon news and as PM assignment desk editor, will produce "Morning Edition."

The appointments go into effect Jan. 15.

"I think one of public radio's greatest strengths is its ability to bring the audience into the story," said Ms. Page-Jacobs, who had been acting managing editor. "We're sharing information, but we're also putting the listener on the trail, in the City County Building or in the school cafeteria.

"Our goal is to highlight a range of voices and perspectives from people around the region to give Pittsburghers a better understanding of their community. …
