FREDERICTON x-14s. The premier of New Brunswick says he's holding off for the scheduled general election in September rather than calling a byelection for a vacant seat in the riding of Campbellton-Dalhousie. The legislature seat has been vacant since December when former M-L-A, Donald Arseneault, left to take a job with a union association in Ottawa. Gallant says a byelection doesn't make financial sense.
