HALIFAX. x-07s. Nova Scotia's environment minister says he would welcome input from public interests in Prince Edward Island when his department conducts an environmental assessment of a pulp mill's plan to pump effluent into the Northumberland Strait. Iain Rankin responded to a letter issued Tuesday by P-E-I Premier Wade MacLauchlan, which voiced his disapproval of Northern Pulp's proposal.
