According to a report by ESPN, Steelers linebacker Ryan Shazier has regained movement in his legs and has begun a regular walking routine.

Shazier, who injured his spinal cord Dec. 4 in Cincinnati, was discharged from UPMC Mercy last week. The hospital said he will continue his rehabilitation on an outpatient basis.

The report did not divulge any other details about Shazier other than quoting a source saying he is making "incredible progress." The report did not specify if Shazier was walking with assistance or on his own, but NBC's Michele Tafoya reported Sunday night that while Shazier does have movement in his legs, he needs assistance from a walker or other people to support him in his rehabilitation.
