BC11 - (Minimum-Wage-BC)

VANCOUVER. x-16s. B-C Premier John Horgan has announced plans to increase the minimum wage to 15 dollars per hour by 2021, saying the move will help recruit and retain workers in the hospitality and service industries. But the B-C Restaurant and Food Services Association says wages aren't the source of their staffing problems. Association president Ian Tostenson says it's partially due to a shortage of young workers.
