MONCTON, N.B. x-12s. The mother of a murdered New Brunswick teenager has told the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls that the pain never goes away. Pam Fillier spoke as the inquiry opened two days of hearings this morning in Moncton. Her 16-year-old daughter, Hilary Bonnell, was found dead two months after she vanished from the Esgenoopetitj (es-ghen-OH'-peh-titch) First Nation in 2009.
