EDMONTON. x-13s. The Alberta-B-C wine war is over, for now. Premier Rachel Notley is lifting the ban on B-C wine after B-C Premier John Horgan announced he is backing away from his plan to not take elevated levels of oil from Alberta over concerns about pipeline safety. Notley says it's a victory for all Canadians who benefit from Alberta's energy industry.
