Canada capped off Day 14 of competition in Pyeongchang with three more medals.

Kelsey Serwa (SUR'-wah) of Kelowna, B-C won gold and Brittany Phelan (FAY'-lehn) of Mont-Tremblant, Quebec took silver for a 1-2 Canadian finish in women's skicross.

Kaetlyn Osmond of Marystown, Newfoundland, captured bronze in women's figure skating, bringing Canada's medal total to 27 -- a record number for the country at the Winter Games.

Canada's bid for a third-straight Olympic gold medal in men's hockey has ended with a 4-3 semi-final loss to Germany.

It was only Germany's second victory in 30 meetings with Canada in Olympic and world championship play.

Canada will play the Czech Republic for the bronze medal tomorrow morning while the Germans go for gold Sunday against the entry from Russia. …
