TV Shakes Up City's Fixture List - Including Derby

CITY will play the first Saturday night fixture in their history - and the fans will be the ones to suffer.

The Blues' league game at Wembley, against Tottenham on Saturday, April 14, has been switched to a 7.45pm kick-off.

And with the last train back to Manchester leaving Euston at 9.43pm, there is little chance of any Blues being able to travel by train.

It is the latest in a long line of TV fixture switches to hit City fans, not least this season's decision to play the Crystal Palace away game on New Year's Eve.

The derby at the Etihad Stadium the week before, on Saturday, April 7, has also been changed - this time to a 5.30pm kick-off. All four of City's scheduled April league games have been changed for TV, with Sky taking no chances on missing the moment when the Blues should be crowned as champions. …
