Spiced Crab Tacos with Sriracha Salsa

These no-cook tacos come together in minutes. I spiced them up with a marinated hot pepper from my grocery store's olive bar.

For salsa

2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped

2 large red radishes, cut into ¼-inch dice

½ small red onion, finely chopped

¼ cup chopped cilantro, divided

2 teaspoons Sriracha chili sauce

Salt to taste, divided

For crab

1 large marinated hot pepper, diced

½ red bell pepper, diced

½ yellow bell pepper, diced

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon fresh mint

½ pound lump crabmeat, picked over for shell

8 10-inch flour tortillas, halved

For salsa: In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, radishes, red onion, 2 tablespoons of cilantro and Sriracha. Season salsa with salt. …
