HOPE, B.C. x-08s. A man who witnessed last night's multi-vehicle crash on the Coquihalla Highway just outside Hope that injured 29 people and left more than 130 stranded says he heard the first crash and thought, "here we go, again." Graham Zillwood says collisions in the southbound lane of the highway about 25 kilometres north of Hope are common because traffic slows going up a steep hill and vehicles coming from behind are surprised by the sudden congestion.

TAG: Two Greyhound buses were also involved, along with two vehicles and at least two transport trucks. One of the buses ended up on its side and Greyhound says five people were hurt, but it believes most of those injuries were minor. …
