BROOKFIELD, N.S. x-13s. The owner of a Brookfield, Nova Scotia children's entertainment company says provincial red tape has left his bouncy houses uninflated. Lonnie Dugas says he bought the business last fall and needs a safety course he can't take until there are enough people registered. Dugas says he has heard little back from the Labour Department but in the meantime is stuck paying off a business loan on equipment he can't use. He says it's a classic red tape situation.
